Hot Springs RV Resort & Retreat was founded by Scott and Tonya Perkins, supported by a family with deep experience in engineering, logistics, and sustainability. What began as a dream has grown into Hot Springs RV Resort & Retreat, the result of years of strategic planning and a shared vision to create something truly different—an off-grid, self-sustaining, nature-focused oasis in the Nevada desert.
Our mission is simple but powerful: to build a self-contained, sustainable RV destination that promotes rural tourism, renewable energy, and responsible land stewardship in Nevada.
Located on a developing 40-acre property, the resort blends off-grid innovation, outdoor recreation, and authentic rural hospitality. Everything—from our solar grids to our water and waste systems—is built with long-term sustainability, community benefit, and visitor comfort in mind.
